Nice budget hotel. Small room but clean. Great location to walk to various landmarks but not an area I would want to talk around at night. Restaurant is good for the breakfast buffet. Beds a bit stiff. Had some issues with the drainage in shower and bathroom and had issues with safe not working but they resolved immediately. 4 star for value. Would stay again.

Get a suite if you want AC, very clean hotel, if you get the one with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. Nothing wrong with the rooms loved them! Front desk amazingly helpful, BUT as much as I want to give them 5 stars I can't, the lady that was cleaning rooms on my floor kept saying awful things about the customers with very inappropriate words she was rude and the restaurant is not as good as I thought it'd be. Will be coming back on my next visit for sure!

Service : 10/10. Accommodation to everything I asked for and if I asked for another room, they were willing if there was space. I got the cheapest room (without A/C - they gave me a fan) it was a pleasant stay. Cleaning/ restocking room everyday was nice. During our stay in early map - sound level was a little loud but we got used to it and the fan became our white noise . Such a great experience We were surprised— if we stayed in CDMX we would come back to this hotel

Marvelous service. It's my first time and I am delighted how excellent the service was. I booked the room with the jacuzzi and it was very relaxing. Communication with Karina via WhatsApp was amazing. I recommend Fanny for her service, she made me feel like if I was in a 5star hotel, helpful at anytime. Every staff of this hotel have been extremely friendly. Perfect location to see all the cultural sites. Very warm and joyful staff at the restaurant. The breakfast was very tasty. Can't wait to come back.

I very rarely provide reviews on hotels, but this one deserved at least 5 stars!!! Service was the best I've ever had, including in all my years of business travel. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the attendant outside and especially the restaurant. Service was impeccable!!! The food was excellent, considering most hotels' restaurants tend to be so so. Price was very reasonable considering the location which is excellent. Felt very very safe. I will most definitely be coming back.

Nice hotel for the price. Service was good. FYI: some rooms don't have A/C so you might want to ask. Location is great, near metro station & really quick to get taxi/Uber. Decent walkable neighborhood to get necessities. Would stay at again.

I had two different rooms during my stay here. Both were clean and comfortable. At first, I chose the least expensive option with no air conditioning. The next day I was able to easily change my reservation to a room that included air conditioning. Everyone on staff was extremely courteous and friendly. I'm traveling with my dog and they made him feel welcome as well. The icing on the cake is that they have secure parking. I've been traveling Mexico by truck and even though it doesn't have anything in it, I didn't want to park it on the street. The accommodations are excellent. The location is excellent as well. My only complaint is the internet is terrible. Great staff = +5 Location = 5 Rooms = clean and comfortable Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Buffet is alright. waiters are nice but when I decided to stay at hotel. The young lady thinks she is a teacher and she is not. Maybe she should go take a class on etiquette.
